Learn to save a life. First Aid, CPR and AED training are skills that are important for everyone in the community, whether you're in the workplace, at the pool, caring for children, or relaxing at a restaurant or social outing.  Choose from a variety of classes covering lay or professional skillsets, aimed at urban or wilderness environments, and including age-appropriate response techniques for adults, children, and infants.   Traditional offerings provide instructor-led coverage of the full course.  Online courses offer the flexibility of at-home study of the subject matter coupled with an in-person "Skill Session" lasting approximately 2 hours at one of our offices.
